Toyota Tundra Price in Pakistan

Toyota Tundra 2023 Price in Pakistan. Toyota chose evolution over revolution when redesigning its full-size Tundra pickup for 2022 after fourteen years of selling the same basic model. It does not upset the big-pickup status quo, but it also does not quite follow the domestic pickup truck blueprint. For one thing, it’s the only half-ton full-size pickup without an available V-8 engine.

The engine is powered solely by a twin-turbocharged V-6 and produces 348 or 379 horsepower depending on the model, while the more powerful hybridised variation produces 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque. Every Tundra comes standard with a 10-speed automatic transmission and either rear- or four-wheel drive. In contrast to domestic pickups, no automatic four-wheel drive system is available.

The Tundra is available in extended- or crew-cab configurations, with a 5.5-, 6.5-, or 8.1-foot bed depending on cab size and trim. Its seven equipment layers serve the needs of the construction, business, off-road, and suburban areas where a fancy interior is necessary. This Texas-built truck comes standard with a 14.0-inch wide optional infotainment screen.

The 2022 major redesign included a new coil-spring rear suspension, which provides a more comfortable ride than rival trucks that use leaf springs. A maximum towing capability of 12,000 pounds is great, but it isn’t as high as the Ram 1500, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, or Ford F-150.

The 2022 Toyota Tundra is the only full-size pickup vehicle without a V-8 engine. It is instead only available with a twin-turbo V-6 and a 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine is available in three distinct power levels. The nonhybrid engine produces 348 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque in the base SR trim. It produces 389 horses and 479 pound-feet otherwise.

Our non-hybrid Limited test truck achieved a zero-to-60-mph time of 6.1 seconds on our test track. The hybrid variant incorporates an electric motor into the transmission, allowing for the fully electric drive at low speeds. The combination produces 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque, reducing the time from zero to 60 mph to 5.7 seconds.

The rear suspension, which previously used a leaf-spring configuration, has also been altered from its predecessor. The Tundra now has a more tuned coil-spring rear suspension, which improves ride and handling. This was clear in the versions we tested. Toyota’s renowned TRD Off-Road and TRD Sport packages are still available.

The former has off-road suspension, skid plates, and distinctive wheels. The latter features reduced suspension as well as 20-inch wheels. The TRD Pro, which boasts a raised suspension and custom dampers, as well as a special set of black 18-inch wheels mounted on all-terrain tyres, is ideal for those looking for optimum off-road capability.

The Tundra’s interior features a large dashboard with conspicuous air vents and a thick, smooth middle area that links the door panels. The materials used on the centre console, dash, and doors are far superior to those used in earlier generations. Of course, the quality improves with trim level, with the top-of-the-line 1794 Edition featuring appealing wood accents.

All versions come standard with a multifunctional centre console with plenty of cubby storage and a large centre bin. While the standard instrument panel includes a set of analogue gauges and a tiny driver-information display, the higher trim levels include a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. The Tundra is available in two body designs and three cargo-bed lengths. The extended cab (also known as the Double Cab) is available with a 6.5- or 8.1-foot bed. The crew cab (also known as the CrewMax) is available with a 5.5- or 6.5-foot bed.
