Exterior
The Odyssey is a darling that requires no compromises. It is quick, efficient, and polished. The Odyssey changes direction quickly, and it’s easy to forget you’re driving a three-row van from behind the wheel. The steering is direct and light, but greater feedback from the road would be appreciated. Driving enthusiasts may not swoon—it is, after all, a minivan—but the Odyssey is the best-driving minivan, and its agility makes it decent in turns and easy to drive on small roads.
We tried an Elite and discovered that its ride wasn’t as smooth as our long-term Pacifica, but its standard 19-inch wheels could be to blame. Interior

When the Magic Slide seat mechanism is removed, it stays on the floor, posing a problem when loading cargo. With the third row of seats folded and the second row removed, the Odyssey transported one less carry-on luggage than the Pacifica.
