Honda Civic Type R 2025 Price in Pakistan. The Honda Civic Type R was allowed to showcase itself on the U.S. market during the 2017 model year. After that, it became one of the most wanted cars by performance-loving drivers because of its perfect balance of performance and comfort.
The existing Civic Type R was introduced to the market in 2023, showing off its less flamboyant style and shorter aerodynamic feathers, yet still, the very same 315-hp turbo four engine was spinning through a six-speed manual that we barely noticed.
It was still a track-day toy with monstrous grip but at the same time, it was slipping into daily driver role quite easily, thus achieving the single-car goal for the driver at a reasonable price. It is also in the same league as the even-more-furious Toyota GR Corolla which is similarly aimed at the segment ruler VW Golf R.

Exterior
The Civic Type R inherits the same four-cylinder turbocharged engine of 2.0 liters as its predecessor, but due to the modifications like the replacement of the turbocharger with a more efficient one and the installation of a better exhaust system, the output is raised to an impressive level of 315 horsepower at 6500 rpm combined with 310 pound-feet of torque at a range of 2600 to 4000 rpm.

Not just that, the Civic Type R also gets the advantage of the introduction of a larger radiator and upgraded brake cooling. Honda has raised the rpm limit for the activation of the exhaust valve of the car’s active exhaust system to provide an even better sound from the engine. A lighter flywheel along with a new rev-match system makes the process of changing gears in the CTR’s six-speed manual transmission feel more alive.
Interior
The Civic Type R comes with a more stripped-down interior design compared to the previous-generation CTR, though it is not entirely devoid of aggressive visual signs. Among them are red highlights, imitation carbon-fiber details and the already known super comfortable and very supportive front seats.

Just be careful about the ambient temp before you make the aluminum shift knob too hot to touch. There is a bank of shift light indicators on top of the new digital cluster to assist in detecting when one is about to hit the redline unintentionally in between shifts. The passenger and cargo areas are the same as in the normal Civic hatchback, which should render the Civic Type R an excellent dual-purpose car.
